It lasts as long as Aura of Stability, which is finding use, it just has one charge and causes a KD, and if people really want to throw that much KD at you, you can reapply it easily because it only has a 5-second recharge.

It would be a niche ability, but it could be potentially useful. Much more so than it currently is as an elite.

perhaps it will see play on the mesmer clumsiness linebackers, as long as we can find a way to fuel it with sufficient energy to be useful.

but then again, ineptitude is too good to give up on that bar, so who knows.

Buff Dwarven Battle Stance

I want Deep Wound, KD, and Interruption when I hit.
And can you make it last...I don't know, 20 seconds?

In all seriousness, I'd like to see some ranger bow attacks get buffed or something. It'd be nice if Poison arrow could be buffed to compete with Burning Arrow and Crippling Shot.

Well, I want Anet to buff some totally useless skill like Wastrel's Collapse first before thinking about buffing the somewhat usefull stuffs.

My suggestion: Elite Hex Spell. For 5 seconds, target foe is hexed with Wastrel's Collapse. When it ends, target foe is knocked down. This Hex ends prematurely if that foe uses a Skill.

What do you guys think? Maybe the recharge and energy needs some change if the skill is fixed that way.

Contrary to popular belief, pushing numbers up on skills isn't necessarily going to make the game better because not all of those abilities mesh well with others or are even good ideas for a skill (i.e. Scorpion Wire), and actually REDUCE variety if some gimmick is spawned from them. See: Discord, Augury of Death.

There are a bunch of skill ideas out there like Blessed Light which need buffs and DON'T utterly fail that should probably be the target of buffs first.

DW has the exact same problem. I actually think DW is kind of obnoxious because it should really be graying out the left 20%, not the right. :P

DW reduces the maximum health by 20%, the maximum health is on the right not the left, so the gray bar is correct.

No, because they could just gray out the left side of the bar and then they wouldn't have to go through the obnoxious resizing of the health bar to compensate. They could just gray it out, and wherever the gray ended would be the new 0 health.
